processing time

all orders are processed within 2–5 business days (monday–friday, excluding federal holidays). you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

during high-volume periods (product drops, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days. we'll communicate any delays via email.

shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. the final rate is displayed at checkout before payment.

order tracking

once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. allow 24 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the notification.

cbd shipping — state restrictions

wizard zen products contain hemp-derived cbd compliant with the 2018 farm bill (less than 0.3% delta-9 thc). while federally legal, some states have specific restrictions on hemp-derived cbd products.

we currently do not ship to:

idaho
iowa
south dakota

this list may change. it is your responsibility to confirm that hemp-derived cbd is legal in your state before ordering. wizard zen is not liable for packages that are seized, refused, or returned due to state or local regulations.

address accuracy

please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. wizard zen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. if you catch an error, contact us immediately at yo@wizardzencbd.com — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

lost or stolen packages

once a package shows "delivered" in the carrier's tracking system, wizard zen is not responsible for lost or stolen items. if your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived:

check with neighbors and your building
contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
if unresolved, reach out to us at yo@wizardzencbd.com — we'll do our best to help

damaged in transit

if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yo@wizardzencbd.com with your order number and photos of the damage. we will arrange a replacement or refund.

international shipping

we currently ship within the united states only.
