general policy

due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

exceptions are made for:

  • items that arrived damaged or defective

  • incorrect items shipped due to our error

damaged or defective items

if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

email: yo@wizardzencbd.com subject line: order #[your order number] — damaged/wrong item

please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos of the item and packaging

we will review and respond within 2–3 business days. approved claims will receive a full replacement or store credit at our discretion.

returns

we do not accept physical returns on consumable food or cbd products due to health and safety regulations. if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason, reach out — we want to make it right.

refunds

refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • damaged/defective item confirmed

  • order never arrived (after carrier investigation)

  • duplicate charge due to technical error

cancellations

orders can be cancelled if they haven't been processed for shipment. contact us immediately at yo@wizardzencbd.com if you need to cancel. once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.

cbd-specific note

wizard zen products are consumable hemp-derived cbd items. once a product seal is broken or the product is used, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to food safety and regulatory requirements.
